Entrance to the property is no earlier than 4pm on day of arrival (an arrival time is requested in order for someone to welcome you with the keys etc). Exiting of the property is by 9am on your day of departure.

There is no smoking allowed within the property and the open fire must not be used.

No sub letting is permitted.

No dogs are allowed within the living areas of the house. (only the rod room)

On arrival guests will find the accommodation clean and tidy; upon their departure the accommodation should be left in the same condition ready for occupation by the next guests.

Please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage in your accommodation please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action.

We reserve the right to enter the accommodation in an emergency.

We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking or their guests may impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.

Please place all waste in the bins provided within the lodge and empty them on departure into the exterior bins provided.

We shall use our best endeavours to ensure the availability of all amenities advertised. All information, pictures and descriptions published have been compiled from up-to-date and accurate information available at the time of compilation and are published in good faith.

If you feel that you have any comments or complaints whilst on holiday, you should contact us during your stay so that we can try to resolve any problems as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation if the above rules are not adhered to.
