It is quite amazing how since the start of the season the days have stretched with a bit more light in the mornings and evenings, even the rain eased off for a a few days at the start of this week, with the last couple of days bringing a little bit of rain and higher air temperatures. It was an encouraging start to this week  off with 3 fish landed. Iain Wilson had a liced 9lb er on Monday in the Old Garden on a Posh Tosh. On Tuesday Jamie McCulloch had a lovely 7lb er in Malt Steep on a Monkey. Rob Mason did his bit on Wednesday with an 8lb er from the Garden Run on a Monkey.  Water heights were good all week until Saturday when we had a steady rise all day which did lower the chances.

Heights were 2' 5" on Monday, 1' 9" on Friday with Saturday 2' 4" and rising.  Water temperatures were 33.5/40 Fahrenheit.
