A good start to the week with two landed on Monday for Sarah Tetley,  a 4lber in Potters and a 6lber in Rockhead, both on a fly she ties herself and calls it the Sarah Slayer (well named). We had quite a few offers up and down the beat on Monday so it was a positive start but unfortunately it got harder as the week went on with just an odd half hearted pull here and there and a 2lb sea trout for Rob Tetley on Friday then that was our lot. We did see an odd splash and were seeing fish lying in some of the pools but they were really switched off. Water heights were 4" on Monday and by Saturday 0". Water temperatures were 64/58 Fahrenheit. Again the forecast is for some wild weather approaching so hopefully there is some rain with it.
