This week saw the return of Will Shropshire and party for a few days and although conditions weren't the best due to unsettled water a few fish and sea trout were landed. Toby Randle landing the first of the week followed by his second on Tuesday. Peel Taggart landed his first ever salmon and Richard Pembroke landed the most.  The last 3 days of the week saw 1 salmon and 4 grilse landed, the largest at 8lb for John Stewart Gasit from the Grey Mare. Patterns that were successful this week were Red Francis, Cascades and Flamethrowers.

The last week of the 2022 season looks quite unsettled with some rain tonight into Monday then settled for a couple of days. Another band of rain moving eastwards on Wednesday. Thursday settled then Friday is to be wet and windy and a few showers on Saturday.

    Cheers Brian
