Our best week of the season so far with 6 salmon, 1 grilse and 1 sea trout landed. The water heights varied between 9" to just over 1' and water temperatures were from 51f to 56f. On Monday, Charlie Perry got his week and ours off to a great start with a 12lb fish and a 3lb grilse from Upper Ferroch. Andy Ashcroft also had a 6lb fish in Rock Head.  On Tuesday morning Charlie did it a again this time in Rock Head with a 12lb and 6lber and his fishing friend Ben Stanton landed a very chunky 3lb sea trout in Invercannie. On Wednesday it was Charlies son Ben's turn and he managed his very first salmon from the Upper Ferroch, a lovely liced 8lber. The next two days were a bit quiet but on Saturday, Ian Anderson finished the week off in great style with a 6lber from the Grey Mare. Successful flies this week were small Cascades and Sunrays.

This coming week looks to be warm and bright with the chance of some rain on Thursday and Friday.

As always all availability can be viewed on our website and then contact Sarah to book.

    Cheers Brian
